Other features of the Big Baby pit smoker include a 32'' x 4' firebox with two swing doors and two dampers, allowing you to convert the main chamber over to wood or propane and maintain a constant temperature. The smoker also has an exhaust system that allows heat to flow from a separate propane tank, as well as two propane blowers for the main chamber and two 5-gallon propane tanks.
With its chrome rims and 15-inch tires on tandem axles, the Big Baby smoker is easy to maneuver and transport. It measures 63'' in width, 8' 5'' in height, and 16' 9'' in length, with a weight of 1800 lbs. The cooking chamber has a width of 42'' x 7'/L and is made from 5/8" metal, with 21 slide-out racks measuring 22" x 25".
